Black Forest Werkshop

My steering wheel is a little crooked after dropping the subframe to do some work on my BMW. I called to get prices for an alignment and Lee was very helpful and advised me on how to go about doing it myself. Will definitely keep them in mind if I need something done in the future.

Lee and the entire crew at Black Forest are amazing! The work they've done for us on our 2013 BMW has always been of superb quality & at very fair prices. If you have any car they'll service, especially a BMW, Mini or Mercedes - go straight to their shop with any car need you have!

Had a great experience working with Lee. Worked on my Mini, helped me with the insurance company, and it's nice to support a good local small business that specializes in this type of car. Lee also helped me with finding other resources, for a different car. Good guy. Will use again.

Would give them 10 stars if I could! Lee and Marissa are so helpful and resourceful & do right by the customer. Unlike BMW dealerships that charge you for everything, Blackforest only recommends fixing parts that are necessary. Lee was so nice and worked really hard with my external warranty company and made it reasonable to fix my dash screen! I would 100% recommend coming here if you have any issues. Quick turnaround as well - only was without my car for a day! Thanks team so much!! Appreciate yall!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service from a Truly Exceptional Mechanic I've been bringing my BMW X3 to Black Forest Werkshop for the past six years, and I can’t recommend Lee highly enough. He’s not only a highly skilled mechanic, but also an honest and thoughtful business owner who truly cares about his customers. Over the years, Lee has consistently provided quality repairs at very reasonable costs. He never cuts corners, and his work has always been reliable. On more than one occasion, my car had issues that were hard to diagnose—but Lee stuck with it, digging deep until the problem was solved. His persistence and attention to detail gave me complete peace of mind. Now that I’ve sold my BMW, I won’t be visiting the shop anymore, which is honestly a little bittersweet. It’s hard to find someone as trustworthy and knowledgeable as Lee. If you drive a BMW and want a friendly, honest, and experienced mechanic, give Lee at Black Forest Werkshop a call. You—and your car—will be in excellent hands.
